Loss Prevention & Design

Following services will be undertaken as part of Loss Prevention and Design:

• Fire & Gas Mapping study
• Fire Protection Design & Review ( Passive / Active) Vent sizing & Dispersion study
• Hazardous Area Classification Layout Safety Review
• Safety Layout Review

The studies/ design reviews will be carried out using national, international (API, NFPA, IEEE, IEC etc.) and corporate standards and the reputed software tools.

Construction Safety

Construction safety audits will be carried out covering working at heights and scaffold safety, fall from heights, permit to work implementation at construction site, Review of Construction HSE plan etc.

Process Safety Management (PSM)

The objectives of PSM audit includes the following –

• To carry out a systematic, critical appraisal of all potential hazards involving personnel, plant, services and operation method
• To ensure that Occupational Safety and Health system fully satisfy the legal requirements and those of the company’s written safety policies, objectives and progress
• To evaluate the status of existing OH&S management system elements against OSHA PSM Standard 1910.119

The gap analysis will be carried out study of records, observation at site, evaluation against the PSM elements.
