ACCIDENT INVESTIGATIONS
Accidents at workplace can result in Fire, Explosion, Fatality, Asset loss, toxic release or business interruption. JRB undertakes Post loss assessments/ Accident investigations to achieve the following objectives:
- To identify the root cause of the accident
- To analyze the escalation factors that increased the extent of loss
- To provide recommendations that prevent the recurrence of such incidents in future
JRB employs the investigators who have carried out hundreds of accident investigations in commercial and industrial sectors across the globe in the past. The reports submitted by them have been accepted by the statutory authorities and corporate management. The techniques such as Root Cause Analysis, Tap Root Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Fish Bone Analysis are used for the accident investigation. Suitable software tools are employed for the accident investigation. Additional support will be taken from experts and laboratories dealing with Forensic science, geology, metallurgy, special equipment/ electrical devices etc whenever required. The recommendations will be based on the international and national standards and best safety practices followed in the industry.
